Data Use and Removal
The address lists describe properties that have rooftop solar. Because they concern where people live, I handle them carefully. This page explains what they contain, how they may be used, and how anyone can ask to be removed.
What the lists contain
Property information: address, ZIP, county and state, and for many records an install date and system size. The standard lists contain no owner names, phone numbers or email addresses. New Jersey withholds owner names from its property records by law, and I do not reconstruct them.
What this site shows
This website shows no individual addresses. Anything shown about the data is a summary.
How lists may be used
Lists go to businesses that service rooftop solar, for their own marketing to those properties. They are not for resale or public posting. Buyers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their outreach, including telemarketing, text message, email and do-not-contact rules.
Ask to have an address removed
If you live at an address on a list and want it removed, email alfall0904@gmail.com with the property address. I will remove it from my records and from future lists, and confirm by email. For lists already delivered, I will ask the buyer to honor the removal.
New Jersey Daniel's Law
Daniel's Law protects the home addresses and phone numbers of covered persons, such as judges, law enforcement officers and their families. If you are a covered person and an address connected to you appears in my records, send a written request to the email above and I will act on it promptly.
