Terms of Use
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this site
Confirmed Solar is operated by Alex Fallon. The site describes a service and gives price estimates. It is informational.
2. Nothing is sold on this site
The site has no checkout and takes no payment. Descriptions, numbers and estimates are not offers to sell. A sale happens only when I confirm a quote with you by email or phone and we agree on the list and the price.
3. Estimates
The estimator shows a list price before bulk discounts. It is a guide, not a quote. Firm pricing depends on the counties, filters and quantity you choose.
4. Accuracy and limits
I work to make every address on the list a home with rooftop solar. Lists are a snapshot. Systems can be removed or changed after an address is confirmed, and recently installed systems may not be on the list yet. A list is not every solar home in an area. Install dates, sizes and other fields are provided for planning and prospecting, and you should verify details before relying on them for a job.
5. Use of lists
Lists are licensed to the buyer for the buyer's own business marketing and are not to be resold, shared, posted publicly or used unlawfully. Buyers are responsible for following the laws that apply to their outreach, including telemarketing, text message, email and do-not-contact rules. The terms of a specific purchase are confirmed when it is agreed. See Data Use and Removal.
6. Ownership
The site's content, name and design belong to Alex Fallon. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.
7. No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Liability for any list is governed by the terms agreed at purchase.
9. Changes
I may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
