Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website and my direct dealings with companies that contact me. Confirmed Solar is operated by Alex Fallon. The address lists themselves are covered on the Data Use and Removal page.

What this website collects

The site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no advertising or analytics trackers. The price estimator runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent anywhere unless you click the email button, which opens your own email program.

Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

What I receive when you contact me

If you email or call, I receive what you choose to share: typically your name, company, contact details and what you are looking for. I use it to reply, to prepare quotes and samples, and to keep ordinary business records. I do not sell it or share it for advertising.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose above and for business, tax and legal records. You can ask me to delete it earlier and I will, except where I must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email alfall0904@gmail.com. This applies to everyone, including residents of states with specific privacy laws.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
